The centre’s opening hours are 7.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday. The session times are noted below and prices shown are payable by Standing Order on the 1st each month in advance. The prices shown include all meals, snacks, drinks and fruit (unless stated otherwise). Formula milk is not included. Any extra sessions needed over and above the agreed attendance must be agreed with the Director/Nursery Manager prior to the session being taken to ensure space is available. Any extra sessions will be invoiced separately and charged at the extra session rate according to your requirements, all payments will be due within a week of the invoice date.

Administration Fees
An administration fee is payable for late fee payments as follows:
1.1 1 – 6 working days late – £30
1.2 7 – 14 working days later – £60
1.3 15 or more working days late – £150 fee [and an interest rate of 2% above our bank rate will be applied to the outstanding amount for every day unpaid.]
An administration fee of £35 will charged should a cheque be refused for any reason.
An administration fee of £10 will be charged for cancellation of additional sessions without a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
In the event that your child cannot be collected at the required time at the end of a session, a minimum of one hour’s notification by telephone is needed. A lateness fee will be charged of £5 for the first 15 minutes and £5 for every 5 minutes thereafter, per child. The fees are collected one month in arrears. The Management may use their discretion to waive this fee in exceptional circumstances.
